Police rugby captain rates NFA side highly

The Police rugby captain, Maciu Vakaruru is rating the Fiji Bitter NFA side highly ahead of the Escott Shield final this Friday.

36-year-old Vakaruru who is originally from Cawaro village in Udu said Police needs to be cautious as NFA has roped in some experienced players and they look good with their set pieces.

Police will have players like Tikiko Uluiviti, Maciu Vakaruru, Keponi Paul, Joeli Nabogikolo, Sireli Kaloucava and Enele Malele.

Police will take on Fiji Bitter NFA in the final of the Escott Shield at 7.30pm Friday at the ANZ Stadium.
