Naitasiri dispatch of Suva to remain unbeaten

Naitasiri have maintained their unbeaten run in the Digicel Cup competition as the team defeated Suva in the semi-final this afternoon by 20-16.

Suva started the match on a high note and got an early lead too.

Suva opened the account in the first half with a try to Leone Tabuarua.

Naitasiri replied in style with a try to Isireli Temo a few minutes after.

Both teams went into a breather locked at 13-all.

Naitasiri looked promising in the second half and proofed strong for the Capital side.

Vesi Rarawa got the winning try for Naitasiri in the last 10 minutes of the match.

Just repeating the result, Naitasiri will now play in the Final of the Digicel Cup Competition after the Highlanders beat Suva 20-6 this afternoon at Ratu Cakobau Park.

In another semi-final Nadroga will host Lautoka next Saturday.
