Vodafone Flying Fijians and Crusaders robust wing, Nemani Nadolo and captain Akapusi Qera have been ruled out of the Pacific Nations Cup opening match due to injury.
Head coach John McKee says Nadolo will be out for a couple of weeks to recover and is highly likely to return to the Crusaders for rehabilitation while Qera who suffered a knee injury is likely to return against Samoa.
Nadolo was pulled off just before halftime and was looking in some discomfort in the Flying Fijians match against the Maori All Blacks last Saturday.
Napolioni Nalaga will replace him.
The Vodafone Flying Fijians will host Tonga in the opening Pacific Nations Cup clash at 3pm this Saturday at the ANZ Stadium and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station Viti FM.
