Real Madrid and Croatia midfielder, Luka Modric has won the Men's Best Player Award at the Best FIFA Football Awards.
He beat former Real Madrid team-mate, Cristiano Ronaldo and Liverpool’s Mohammed Salah for the award.
Modric won the best player award at this year’s FIFA World Cup and was also awarded the UEFA Men’s Player of the year earlier this year.
Brazilian Marta, was awarded the Best Women’s player.
Looking at other awards, Liverpool’s Mohammed Salah has won the FIFA Puskas award at the Best FIFA Football Awards.
The Puskas award is given for the best goal of the season. Salah’s goal against Everton has won the award this year.
France’s World Cup winning coach, Didier Deschamps has won the Men’s Coach of the Year.
Real Madrid’s Thibaut Courtois has won the Best Goalkeeper award.
