Chelsea have defeated Swansea 1-0 in their English Premier League match which has boosted their hopes in qualifying for the Champions League.
Chelsea’s boss Antonio Conte said before the game that he had not given up the fight for a top‑four finish.
In other Premier League matches, Liverpool drew with Stoke City nil-all, Burnley drew with Brighton nil-all, Crystal Palace thrashed Leicester City 5-0, Everton beat Huddersfield 2-0, West Brom beat Newcastle 1-0 while Southampton edged Bournemouth 2-1.
Meanwhile West Ham will take on Manchester City at 1.15am tomorrow while Manchester United will face Arsenal and Tottenham will take on Watford at 7am on Tuesday.
