The Brisbane Broncos have defeated the Rabbitohs with big winger Corey Oates leading the charge in a thrilling 24‑20 victory last night.

Oates started a second‑half comeback with a power‑packed 57th minute try which turned the contest, smashing through four defenders towards the try-line.

The Rabbitohs were leading 12-6 at half time before Oates, Kodi Nikorima and James Roberts scored a try each in the second half.

Meanwhile Fiji Bati forward Korbin Sims also played a huge role as he led the charge for the Broncos.

Looking at the matches tonight, the Sea Eagles will host the Knights at 8pm while the Panthers will take on the Bulldogs at 9.50pm.
