Boxing legacy continues with Pacific Games selection

Two of the familiar names in boxing in the country continue to follow their parent’s footsteps after they were named in the Fiji Boxing Amateur team to the Pacific Games.
Pauliasi Ratu Junior and Jese Ravudi come from the well known boxing sporting family that were once champions in their respective categories.
Jese is the son of former heavyweight champion Joe Ravudi while coach Pauliasi Ratu is Junior’s father.
Team officials, Paula Raqeukai said that they hope this two will live up to their expectations in the Pacific Games.
The Noumea Games will start on the 27th of this month.
