‘Wenger Out’ signs were seen around the Emirates Stadium as Arsenal were thrashed by Germany’s Bayern Munich 5-1 in their UEFA Champions League round 16 second leg match.

This is not the first time that some of the Arsenal fans have called Wenger to go as the team has not won the Premier League title in more than a decade and this was one of the worst defeats in the club’s history.

To make things worse for the long serving Arsenal manager, some fans had left early in the game against Munich as Arsenal were trailing 3-1.

Munich has now qualified for the quarterfinals of the Champions League alongside Real Madrid who beat Napoli 3-1 today.

Arsenal will play West Brom at 12.30am on the 19th of this month in the Premier League.
