An unprecedented set of rules has been set out by the Fijian Electoral Commission for the first time since 2014.
Chairman of the Commission, Justice Usaia Ratuvili says it is a comprehensive set of rules on how to deal with electoral related issues.
He says it deals with issues like objections and nominations, and deregistration of voters or political parties.
Justice Ratuvili says the appeal processes to the commission are clear.
He says currently, they are being done on an ad-hoc basis.
The new rules will be gazetted soon and it will be publicised for everyone as well.
