Portugal have booked their place in the FIFA World Cup Round of 16 after coming from behind to beat Croatia 2-1 in a thrilling match.
After a scoreless first half, Croatia took the lead in the 53rd minute through Ivan Perišić.
Cristiano Ronaldo equalised for Portugal, scoring his first-ever goal in a FIFA World Cup knockout match, before substitute Gonçalo Ramos headed home the winner in the 94th minute from a superb cross by Rafael Leão.
The defeat is likely to mark the end of 40-year-old Luka Modrić's international career with Croatia.

Portugal will now face European champions Spain in the Round of 16 at Dallas Stadium, Texas, on Tuesday at 7am.
Spain secured their place in the next round after beating Austria 3-0 this morning.
Meanwhile, Switzerland will face Algeria at 3pm today in another Round of 32 match.
