Fijian people will pray for Japan in the aftermath of Typhoon Hagibis - Bainimarama

Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama says the Fijian people will pray for Japan in the aftermath of Typhoon Hagibis which is the strongest Cyclone to strike Japan in 60 years.

Bainimarama wrote on Twitter that Fiji stands in solidarity with all those across the world who are suffering as storms of this nature become more severe.

35 people have been killed so far.

Tens of thousands of troops and rescue workers have also been deployed.
