He allegedly raped two 8-year-old boys attending the same school between the months of May and July this year. The two boys are Year 3 students.

The 14-year-old accused is represented by Senior Legal Aid lawyer Mele Ratidara.

It was heard in court today that the juvenile is no longer attending the same school.

DPP lawyer, Sheenal Swastika has asked for time to file the information and disclosures.

High Court Judge, Justice Vinsent Perera has ordered for the boy to now be under the care of the Boys Centre in Suva.

The case has been adjourned to 21st August, 2019.
