Wheelchair bound Epeli Laqeni, who is accused of killing his defacto partner, has been granted bail by High Court Judge Justice Usaia Ratuvili.
Laqeni allegedly murdered her in Nakasi in September last year.
The court has granted bail on a $5,000 non-cash bail bond with strict and standard conditions including non-interference with witnesses and surrendering travel documents.
The case has been adjourned to March 24th for mention.
