People’s Alliance Party General Secretary Sila Balawa and Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka
People’s Alliance Party General Secretary Sila Balawa says the Party stands firmly behind Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka, and today’s meeting reaffirmed their support for him as both Party Leader and Prime Minister.
Speaking to fijivillage News, Balawa says there has been a lot of discussion following the court’s outcome, but the Party remains with the Prime Minister and acknowledges that he acted based on legal advice.
When asked if there had been any discussion about Rabuka stepping down as Party Leader or Prime Minister, Balawa says Rabuka has acknowledged that stepping down is one option.
