Two men from Ba are in police custody following the alleged discovery of explosive material found in the vehicle they were travelling in.Police say the two suspects, who sell fish in Ba, were stopped by officers on patrol in Chinatown, Ba yesterday afternoon, where their vehicle was searched and the discovery of several sticks believed to be dynamite and fuses were made.Police say examination of the seized material will be conducted by officials from the Ministry of Mineral Resources Department.
