TISA Insurance, formerly known as Capital Insurance, has partnered with Leadership Fiji to support its 25th anniversary celebrations and the Leaders Lounge series, which takes place every second Tuesday of each month.

CEO of TISA Insurance, David Ariff Chan says Leadership Fiji has invested in shaping leaders who uplift communities, strengthen institutions, and contribute to nation-building.

Chan says their partnership reflects a shared belief in the power of leadership to create a resilient and thriving future for Fiji.

He says Leadership Fiji has played a vital role over the past 25 years in shaping principled, values-driven leaders who strengthen communities, institutions, and businesses.

The CEO further says that as they transition from Capital Insurance to TISA Insurance, they are deeply conscious that real progress is driven by people, values, and courageous leadership.

Meanwhile, Leadership Fiji CEO Sharyne Fong says she is thankful for the partnership, which fosters positive change.

Fong adds that the partnership aligns with their vision of nurturing leaders who serve with purpose and strengthen communities.
