Right mindset key for Fiji 7s in Perth

Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s Head coach Osea Kolinisau

The right mindset will help the Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team perform well this afternoon as they prepare to take the field at the Perth 7s.

Head coach Osea Kolinisau says that with the hot conditions in Perth, players have been reminded to stay hydrated.

Kolinisau adds that mental and physical fitness must be closely monitored, as performance drops when a player is not functioning at their best.

The Fiji team will take on Argentina at 4.20pm, Spain at 7.36pm and South Africa at 10.52pm.

The cup semi finals are scheduled to begin at 4.57pm tomorrow, with the cup final set for 9.04pm.
