Christmas has become a little sweeter for children across Fiji after festive treats were delivered on behalf of Sitiveni Rabuka.
The Prime Minister personally directed his police security teams to spread the festive spirit to Dilkusha Home, St Christopher’s Home, Wailoku Homes of Hope, and the CWM Hospital Children’s Ward, ensuring children in care felt the warmth, love and magic of Christmas.
The teams brought smiles and holiday cheer to Dilkusha Home, handing out three 4.5-litre ice cream tubs with cones and Christmas cards to the young residents.
At St Christopher’s Home in Naulu, Nakasi, the arrival of ice cream, cones and cards was met with excitement and delight, creating cherished memories for both the children and staff.
At the CWM Hospital Children’s Ward, eight 2-litre ice cream tubs were presented to Sister Arieta Tema for the 33 children currently receiving care, bringing moments of joy and laughter to those facing challenging times.
This heartfelt gesture highlights the true meaning of the Christmas season.
