NY 7s: Fijiana 7s book semi final spot after 36-12 win over Great Britain

The Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s side are through to the semi finals of the HSBC SVNS New York 7s after thumping Great Britain 36-12 in their last pool match this morning.

Sesenieli Donu scored a double while Adi Vani Buleki, Rogosau Adimereani and Ana Maria Naimasi scored a try each.

Fiji led 14-12 at halftime.

Meanwhile, the Fijiana 7s side won their first pool match, defeating France 22-17, and they lost to New Zealand 31-10 in their second pool match.

Fijiana will face Australia at 5.34am tomorrow in the second semi final, while New Zealand will meet the USA at 5.12am.

The Cup final is scheduled for 9.14am.
