Inmates at the Nasinu Corrections Facility received Bibles as Christmas Day gifts, donated by the Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) Force Training Group (FTG) personnel and RFMF Padre Captain Taniela Tama.
The RFMF says the team donated the Bibles and other items as part of an RFMF outreach programme aimed at supporting the spiritual growth and rehabilitation of inmates.
The RFMF says the Bibles are intended to provide moral guidance, encouragement and reflection to assist inmates on their journey towards personal reform and successful reintegration into society.
The handover took place during the RFMF’s Christmas Day outreach visit to the facility, underscoring the RFMF’s commitment to community engagement and restorative initiatives that promote hope, reflection and positive transformation.
