My biggest pressure comes from within - Ravula
Swire Shipping Fijian Drua fly-half Isaiah Armstrong Ravula says the pressure he places on himself is far greater than the opinions and expectations of others.

Speaking from the team’s base in Nadi, Ravula says outside pressure does not affect him because he sets high standards for himself and believes he can handle them.

The young playmaker says pressure makes diamonds and stressed the importance of staying calm and composed because, at the end of the day, rugby is still just a game.

Ravula also acknowledged his uncle, former All Blacks fly-half Richie Mo'unga, for helping raise him, taking him and his sister shopping, and sharing valuable rugby advice.

He says Mo’unga achieved his dreams through hard work behind the scenes and described him as a mentor, adding that he feels blessed to have people like him in his life.

The Fijian Drua women's team will play a warm-up match against the Waratahs women at 1.05pm Saturday.

The Fijian Drua men will play the Waratahs at 4.35pm at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.

In other matches, the Chiefs will face the Highlanders at 7:05pm Friday, the Blues will take on the Hurricanes at 7:05pm Saturday, and the Force will meet the Reds at 9:35pm.
