Manchester United climbed into the Premier League’s top six after a 4–1 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers this morning.
This is Wolves’ eighth straight loss.
United opened the scoring in the 25th minute through Bruno Fernandes, but Wolves hit back just before the break, sending the sides into halftime level at 1–all.
United dominated the second half, with Bryan Mbeumo scoring in the 51st minute.
The advantage grew when Mason Mount found the net in the 62nd minute to make it 3–1.
Fernandes wrapped up an impressive display and sealed the points with a goal in the 82nd minute, completing United’s dominant second-half performance.
The win strengthens United’s push up the table as they continue their climb toward the European places.Wolves remain at the bottom of the league with just two points to their name.
