Major upset as Fiji Babas lose to Nationwide Sydney Nadi

Nationwide Sydney Nadi have upset the Fiji Barbarians 19-14 in the final pool match of the men's competition of the 2026 McDonald's Coral Coast 7s.

The Fiji Airways Fijian 7s team is competing under the banner of the Fijian Barbarians.

The Osea Kolinisau-coached side opened their campaign with a solid 22-5 victory over the Seattle Barbarians.

They had a close win against Police Blues 7-5 in the second match yesterday.
