Giving back to Fiji’s rugby community from the deep pool of talent in rural areas to producing stars in professional environments is what inspired Jeff Miller to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua.

Miller, a former Rugby World Cup–winning Wallaby and experienced sports administrator, officially commenced his role in January 2026.

He succeeds Mark Evans, who led the club from 2022 through to the end of 2025.

Bringing extensive experience in both rugby and corporate leadership, Miller aims to build on the Drua’s on-field success while continuing to grow the brand on a global stage.

Miller says he is extremely excited to step into the role and is focused on leveraging his unique blend of elite rugby experience and corporate expertise to take the Drua to greater heights and create stronger pathways for Fijian rugby talent.

He says that as the official supermarket of the Fijian Drua and Shop N Save will continue to play an integral role in match-day activities and fan-focused throughout the partnership period.

The 2026 Super Rugby Pacific season will kick off on the 13th of next month, with the Fijian Drua's first match is against Moana Pasifika on the 14th at 3.35pm at Churchill Park, Lautoka.
