The Fiji National Provident Fund will be holding its Annual Members Forum next month in Suva, Nadi and Labasa, and they are urging members to attend, as this will provide members with a clear and comprehensive overview of how their retirement savings are managed and how the Fund is performing.

FNPF Chief Executive Officer, Viliame Vodonaivalu, emphasised the importance of member participation, saying the forums are essential in building trust and accountability.

Vodonaivalu says their Annual Members Forum goes beyond presenting figures, and it is a space for open dialogue, transparency, and shared responsibility.

He says members place their lifelong savings in their care, and they deserve to understand how their funds are invested, how risks are managed, and how they are positioning the Fund for long-term growth.

He adds that the forums also offer valuable feedback on FNPF’s leadership.

Vodonaivalu says these sessions allow them to clearly explain their strategy, respond openly to questions, and hear directly from members, and the insights they receive will help guide their decisions and improve how they serve their membership.

Vodonaivalu strongly encouraged members to attend, noting that informed members are better equipped to make sound financial decisions for their future, and each forum will include a dedicated question-and-answer session, providing members with the opportunity to actively engage with FNPF management.

The forums will be held in Suva on Tuesday, 10th February at 5.30pm at the Suva Civic Centre, and in Nadi on Thursday, 12th February at 5.30pm at the Fiji National University, Namaka Campus.

On the 18th of February, the forum will be held at the Labasa Civic Centre at 12.00pm.
