Flash Flood and Heavy Rain Alerts in force for Fiji

A Flash Flood Alert and a Heavy Rain Alert remains in force for the whole of Fiji.
A trough of low pressure remains slow moving over Fiji and it is associated with cloud and rain which will continue to affect the country untll next week.
The Nadi Weather Office says expect flooding of drainage systems, small streams, low water bridges, Irish crossings, roads and properties in low-lying areas.
People are advised to take all necessary precautions as heavy rain is expected to continue throughout the weekend due to a trough of low pressure associated with Tropical Disturbance TD03F.
