It is a bleak Christmas for a family as their house is on fire at Levuka Street off Bureta Street in Samabula North.
The National Fire Authority confirms that their officers are at the scene.
The corrugated iron and timber house is fully engulfed in flames.
The firefighters are trying to get inside the burning house as they to try to ascertain if someone is still in the house.
