Fijiana to play Canada in the 5th place semi final

After losing all their pool matches at the Perth 7s, the Fiji Airways Fijiana team will play Canada in the 5th place semi final at 2.52pm.

The Fijiana also played in the 5th place semi-final last weekend after failing to perform well.

They lost 34-15 against the USA in their opening match, 36-5 to the Black Ferns and 31-14 to Japan.

Fijiana’s ill-discipline proved costly in the tournament.

In the women’s cup semi finals, New Zealand will face France at 4.13pm, while Australia will take on the USA at 4.35pm.
