The FICAC lawyer did not appear in court today for the case involving former Fijian Broadcasting Corporation Chief Executive Officer Riyaz Sayed-Khaiyum and Chief Financial Officer Vimlesh Sagar.
The case relates to the tender and procurement of a 3.0L Volkswagen Touareg valued at $207,470.
On the last occasion, the plea was deferred after FICAC failed to provide further details.
The court and the defence waited for about 20 minutes, however, there was no sign of the FICAC lawyer.
The matter will be called again tomorrow.
Sayed-Khaiyum faces two charges of abuse of office and general dishonesty causing a loss, while Sagar is charged with one count of general dishonesty causing a loss.
