Following concerns raised about illegal waste dumping in the Pacific Harbour area, Estate Management Services Pte Ltd has been fined after it was found to have breached its permit conditions by illegally dumping waste.

The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change confirms that on 2nd April 2026, a Fixed Penalty Notice and a Remedial Notice were issued to Estate Management Services Pte Ltd after an investigation.

The Ministry of Environment says the company breached its Waste Disposal Permit conditions and has been given 14 days to remove the waste and restore the affected site.

The penalty must also be paid within the same period.

The Ministry adds that the inspectors will continue to monitor the site to ensure all corrective measures are completed.

It is also reminding businesses and the public to dispose of waste responsibly to help protect the environment in Pacific Harbour.
