16 people have been killed in a shooting at Australia's Bondi Beach, which targeted the Jewish community, as more than 1,000 people attended an event to celebrate Hanukkah.
Police say two gunmen are believed to have carried out the attack, with police investigating whether others were involved. One of the gunmen was killed, with a second in "critical condition.

Mass shootings in Australia are very rare, and the attack at Bondi is the deadliest incident in the country since the Port Arthur massacre in 1996, when 35 people were killed by a lone gunman.
Police have declared the incident a terrorist attack.
