The Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) Customer Care Centre in Namoli House, Lautoka will be temporarily closed until further notice due to a recent fire incident.

EFL Chief Executive Officer Fatiaki Gibson says customer services will temporarily operate from the EFL Depot in Navutu.

Gibson says customers can still access EFL services through their Call Centre: 132 333 (landline), 5333 (Digicel, Inkk, and Vodafone users), email: customers@efl.com.fj, live chat: www.efl.com.fj, and 913 (for emergencies only).

He further says customers can continue to make payments via any Post Fiji branch, Carpenters (Max Value) outlets, M-PAiSA, MyDigi Wallet, or online banking.
