Drua tighten focus on discipline ahead of Skipper Select clash

Despite their 47–31 loss to the Chiefs in their pre-season match in New Zealand last week, the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua are drawing confidence from that performance and using it as a platform to tighten key areas ahead of their game with the Skipper Select today.

Drua Co-Captain, Temo Mayanavanua says discipline remains a major focus, not just on match day, but throughout the week.

Mayanavanua adds that while discipline is key, the team is determined to maintain its physicality, a trademark of Fijian rugby.

He also confirms that fitness is no longer a concern for the team.

The Fijian Drua play the Skipper Select side at 4pm today at Churchill Park, Lautoka.

They play Moana Pasifika in their first Super Rugby Pacific game at Churchill Park next Saturday.
