The Fiji Babas just held on to pip Police Blue 7-5 in the final game of the day at the McDonald's Coral Coast Fiji 7s.

Indiscipline almost cost them the match after Kavekini Tanivanuakula was shown a yellow card in the first half.

Police took advantage of the mismatch dominating the first half and sending Waisake Ravoiwasa through to give them an early 5-0 lead at half-time.

The Babas however did not give up, utilising their bench well as they were able to bring on fresh legs with Levani Boginisoko able to finally break through and score under the sticks to lead 7-5.

Police did not relent as they continously pressured the Babas until the end who were lucky to escape with a win.
