Good news for civil servants, as the Ministry of Finance has confirmed that the final salary payment for the year will be made today, ahead of the Christmas holidays.
The early release is intended to help civil servants and their families meet financial commitments during the festive season, while also supporting economic activity across the country.
Minister for Finance, Commerce and Business Development, Esrom Immanuel, thanked civil servants for their dedication and professionalism throughout the year, acknowledging their important role in delivering essential public services and supporting national development.
He also conveyed Christmas greetings and wished all civil servants and their families a safe, joyful, and prosperous New Year.
The next scheduled salary payment will be on 8th January 2026.
