2025 Dux recipient of Bhawani Dayal Arya College, Amrita Sonya Narayan plans to pursue university studies in the area of Computer Science and Software Engineering.

Narayan who is the first Dux in her family emphasises that the obstacles she faced included balancing her studies with her duties as Head Girl in the Student Council, adding that peer pressure frequently made it harder for her to focus on her schoolwork.

The youngest in her family, Amrita highlights that her parents have always supported her throughout her academic path.

Her mother, Seema Narayan says she is proud of her daughter’s achievement, adding that they did not ask Amrita to do house chores so she could have more time to study.
