People's Alliance Party General Secretary Usaia Waqatairewa says a key role has been assigned to the Young Alliance, and that is to lead the review of the Party Constitution.
Waqatairewa says this was one of the motions passed during the People's Alliance Party Annual General Meeting, where the goal was to increase the representation of the Young Alliance in key committees.
He says this motion is to ensure that the Party Constitution remains relevant and reflects the evolving goals of the Party.
The Party General Secretary says all this is done while providing opportunities for youth leadership in shaping the Party's future.
Meanwhile, former SVT government Cabinet Minister Ratu Jo Dimuri is the new People's Alliance Party Senior Vice President.
