With the Year 13 results releasing today, the Tertiary Scholarships and Loans Service says those who have registered and applied online on the TSLS portal to update and upload scanned copies of their exam results onto the TSLS application portal.

They say students must upload a copy of final offer letter from the preferred higher Education Institution onto the TSLS application portal.

It says unless these documents are submitted for registered applicants, application will continue to read as “Incomplete” and incomplete applications will not be processed or will be rejected.

They say once all these documents have been submitted, the application would then read “Processing”, after which TSLS would review the application and revert with an outcome.

TSLS is also requesting students to enter current contact details, so that in case of any queries, TSLS can efficiently get in touch with the students while processing their applications.

TSLS says they will commence 16 hours of operation from 8am to midnight from today to the 1st of April including weekends to settle new students while the customer service will be open from 8 am to 5pm from Monday to Sunday from today to the 1st of April in Suva, Lautoka and Labasa.

They add they will close the deadline for accepting offer letters by 1st of April as agreed with Higher Education Institutions with confirmation completed by 7th April.

This deadline is not applicable for TELS for TVET at FNU Scheme.
