Works on the Sun Insurance $15 million building in Nadi has been delayed due to the ongoing road works near the Nadi International Airport.
Sun Insurance CEO Lolesh Sharma said they are still sorting out issues with the Fiji Roads Authority as they had acquired a piece of their land.
Sharma said they will start the first quarter of the works next year.
The seven storey building will consist of high end office block and potentially serviced apartments for the business travellers.
Around 200 new jobs will be created from this new project.
