The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua will be looking to be super disciplined in terms of keeping their penalty count low this week, especially against a team like the Blues, who scrum and drive for penalties, which is part of their game.

This was highlighted by Fijian Drua coach Glen Jackson when elaborating on how the Drua will balance their attacking flair with the need for discipline and structure against a side like the Blues.

Jackson says the Drua’s discipline has been outstanding so far, as they have the lowest penalty count at the moment in terms of the competition.

He says their scrums have been outstanding this year, and they will be working extremely hard to show the referees the good picture there and actually show some dominance.

Jackson further says their biggest onus is making sure their line breaks turn into points, which they did against the Reds.

He says they showed a lot more composure in the ocean zone and around the goal line, and that is something they need to do against the Blues.

The Drua will host the Blues for the first time at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva at 7.05pm Friday in round 13 of the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific.

In other matches this week, the Waratahs will play the Reds at 9.35pm Friday, the Crusaders will take on the Chiefs at 7.05pm Saturday, and the Force will host the Brumbies at 9.35pm Saturday.
