Minister for Waterways, Dr Mahendra Reddy says they are reviving an industry that SODELPA’s parliamentarian, Niko Nawaikula tried to kill when he was in the NLTB.
Reddy stated this during the parliamentary debate on the 2018/2019 National Budget while saying that Nawaikula also tried his best to argue in Parliament why the government is providing an increase funding to the sugar industry.
