Swire Shipping Fijian Drua Head Coach Mick Bryne says they played the game they wanted to play but went away from it at the start of the second half and that was disappointing.

The Drua went down fighting 27-24 to the Highlanders.

Bryne says they were a little bit selfish and they are disappointed for their fans.

Captain Meli Derenalagi says they will take a lot of learnings from this match.

Derenalagi says it was emotional for the team to play in front of fans who came out in numbers to support them.

He says it was motivation for the boys.
