Wardens win opening match in FWCC Easter Volleyball Championship

Defending men’s champion Wardens have won their first game against Tamavua Bulls by two sets to nil in the FWCC Easter Volleyball Championship at the Netball Centre at Laucala Bay.

2021 finalist Inner Circle also won their first game against Avengers by two sets to nil.

In other results, Police won over China Town by 2 sets to nil, Raiwaqa X defeated Veisari Association by 2 sets, Nadonumai Falcons defeated All Stars by 2 sets while Naiqasiqasi Brothers won 2 sets to nil against Nadonumai Falcons 2 Development.

In the women’s competition, Police White won two sets over USP while Veisari Pirates beat Seaside by two sets to nil.
