Wallabies score in the final minute to defeat Fiji 21-18

The Wallabies edged out the Fiji Water Flying Fijians 21-18 with a last-minute try in a thrilling Men’s International Series clash this afternoon in Newcastle.

The Wallabies led 14-5 at halftime.

The Wallabies opened the score board on the 8th minute through a set piece maul allowing the hooker to score.

Wallaby Prop James Slipper was replaced after a robust Fijian forward Viliame Mata collided with him minutes into the first spell.

Salesi Rayasi and Lekima Tagitagivalu scored for Fiji.

The Flying Fijians will play Scotland on Saturday at 3pm at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.
