WOWS Kids Foundation seeks donations to aid children with cancer at Fiji Showcase

The WOWS Kids Foundation is seeking assistance from the public and business houses to support the work they do in assisting children living with cancer.

A team from the Foundation is at Fiji Showcase, advocating and creating awareness regarding the work they do with children living with cancer.

WOW Kids representative Noa Vunilagai says their main aim is to create more awareness for children living with cancer as they are assisting 73 children, while the youngest being a one-year-old baby suffering from Leukemia.

He says they are looking for donations as well to help them in terms of transportation and accessing medical services.

Vunilagi says they welcome any donations from the public as they hope to improve the lives of these children.

He says they are also receiving donations at their booth and he is strongly urging members of the public and businesses owners to come forth and lend a helping hand.

Coming up tonight at the Vodafone Entertainment External Stage, Jay Tauleka will perform from 6pm to 7pm, followed by a performance from Australian dance group Mr.Mr from 7pm to 7.30pm, while the National Youth Band will perform from 8pm to 9pm.

On the Goodman Fielder Entertainment Internal Stage, the VOU Dance Company Island Adventure Show will be from 6pm to 7pm, and Piva, the Brazilian magician and juggler, will be on stage from 7pm to 7.30pm.

The gates close at 10pm.

Tickets are $4 for adults and $3 for children under age of 12.
