Good news for people living in Savusavu as they will no longer need to travel to Labasa or to Suva to get infrastructure products as Vinod Patel & Company Limited will be opening one of their branches in Savusavu in late April or early May.

General Manager Sales and Marketing Neelesh Pal Singh says this move is aimed at bringing their services closer to the people and assisting people with quality infrastructure products.

Singh says they understand that the pandemic has set a lot of businesses on the back foot but they have taken some extreme measures to enable them to sail through the hardships.

He says what they saw during the past cyclones people in Savusavu were unable to be serviced by their Labasa branch because of the inaccessibility of the roads.

He adds during this time when businesses are trying to downsize or contract, Vinod Patel is trying to expand to service a wider range of people in this time of need.

In 2020, Vinod Patel & Company Limited opened their Navua branch that provides services to Fijians living in Navua, Nakaulevu, Deuba, Serua and Namosi.
