To improve water storage and ensure a reliable supply of clean water in rural areas, the villagers of Bavu and Nakorokula in Nadroga received new water tanks from the Water Authority of Fiji as part of the Rainwater Harvesting Scheme.

The residents of these villages expressed their gratitude for this essential delivery, which will significantly enhance their ability to store clean water for daily use.

According to WAF, a total of 37 new water tanks will be distributed to support communities and improve access to clean water in the Nadi District.

WAF says these tanks will also be delivered to successful applicants in Loqi Settlement, Nawaicoba Settlement, Tovatova Settlement, and Sariyawa.

They say this initiative underscores WAF's commitment to improving the quality of life for all Fijians and contributing to a stronger and more resilient Fiji.
