Valetini to start for the Wallabies while Kerevi is sidelined due to injury

Rob Valetini will start for the Wallabies while Hunter Paisami will replace injured Samu Kerevi for tomorrow's clash against Japan in Oita.

Valetini will team up with Rob Leota and Michael Hooper in the loose forward while Paisami will replace Kerevi in the midfield position.

Kerevi failed to overcome an ankle syndesmosis injury suffered during the final round of the Rugby Championship.

Other players included in the Wallabies side are James Slipper, Taniela Tupou, Matt Philip, Quade Cooper, Andrew Kellaway, Tom Wright and Reece Hodge.

Meanwhile, Semisi Masirewa has been included in the starting 15 for the Japan side.

The Wallabies meet Japan at 4.45pm tomorrow.
