Minister for Home Affairs Pio Tikoduadua has doubled down on his stance on brutality.

He stated this during a press conference in Suva.

Tikoduadua says he has spoken to the Acting Commissioner of Police, Juki Fong Chew, and to the officers during his tour.

He says this image of the professional Police is something that has come under scrutiny on many occasions, and it is going to take time to get people up to par.
