U14 Suva and Ba start strong in McDonald’s IDC tournament

The opening day of the McDonald’s Inter-District Championship kicked off a football feast across the U10, U12, and U14 divisions at the Fiji Football Academy in Ba.

Suva and Ba started strong in the Under-14 category, while Tavua and Seaqaqa once again proved inseparable.

In the U14 day one results, Suva beat Dreketi 1-0, Nadi thrashed Navua 4-0, Rewa edges Lautoka 3-1, Suva edges Rewa 2-0, Ba thrashed Navua 4-0 while Tavua and Seaqaqa finished 0-0.

In the U12 grade, Nadi thrashed Tavua 4-0, Suva thrashed Dreketi 6-0, Tavua beats Seaqaqa 2-0, Suva beats Navua 4-0, Navua and Lautoka finished 0-0, Rewa and Ba finished 2-2 while Rewa and Tavua finished 1-1.

In the U10 grade, Nadi beats Dreketi 4-2, Suva beats Navua 4-2, Rewa thrashed Tavua/Rakiraki 8-3, Lautoka edges Labasa 1-0, Nadi thrashed Seaqaqa 5-0, Tavua/Rakiraki beats Dreketi 8-0, Lautoka beats Navua 5-1, Rewa edges Ba 2-1, Labasa thrashed Seaqaqa 8-0 while Ba and Suva finished at 2 all.

The tournament will continue today.
